  1. Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period of up to 3 business days before shipment.

Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day.


  1. Shipping Time

Standard worldwide delivery time is 9 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or force majeure events.


  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

In some regions, duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


  1. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch.


  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional duties/taxes imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, and fees.

We are not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures at customs.


  1. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided are accurate and complete.

We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer may be charged for reshipping or have the order refunded (excluding shipping fees).


  1. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit once handed over to the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at vionix707@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide remedies as required by applicable consumer laws.


  1. Multiple Shipments

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.


  1. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, wars, customs delays, global health emergencies, or carrier disruptions.
